CS 512 — Data Mining Principles

Course Description: This advanced course introduces data mining concepts, principles, and algorithms. This course will cover: introduction, data warehouse and OLAP technology for data mining, data preprocessing, primitives, languages, system architectures for data mining, concept description, association analysis, sequential pattern analysis, classification and prediction, cluster analysis, mining complex types of data, data mining applications, and trends in data mining.
