Whom should I contact?

Contact the O2PEP (Office of Online and Professional Engineering Programs) if:

• You have a problem with billing or registration
• You have an issue with an exam proctor

Contact Engineering Technical Support if:

• You have a problem viewing lecture content
• There is a problem with audio or video in a lecture
• You are unclear which computer system or password to use
• You cannot connect to a computing system
• You have a problem with your NetID or account
• You have technical problems related to the course (but contact the TA if the technical question is related to a specific assignment)
• You have any technical questions or concerns about your course or the program
